We operate under a structured Naval and Marine rank system, offering every member a clear path to grow, lead, and excel. Enlisted personnel can rise from E-1 to E-9, taking on greater responsibility at each level, while Officers advance through the ranks of O-1 to O-10. Promotions, awards, and merit-based positions are earned through performance and dedication, with visible recognition displayed proudly on your uniform via Citizen Commander.
