CAPT Goonray serves as the Director of Fleet Operations for the UEE Navy Third Fleet. His responsibilities include macro-level mission planning, force coordination, operational logistics, resource allocation, and the development of long-range plans designed to support the Fleet across multiple systems and areas of operation.
