Lieutenant Bushido Black is one of the youngest officers ever appointed as Chief of Staff within the UEE Navy’s Third Fleet, selected early in her career for exceptional operational acumen rather than seniority. Her expertise in planning, coordination, and fleet-level execution quickly set her apart, earning her trust at the highest levels of command.
As Chief of Staff, Lt. Black synchronizes fleet operations, translates strategic intent into actionable tasking, and maintains operational cohesion across multiple formations. In her concurrent role with the 12th Battle Group, she serves as the critical link between fleet command and subordinate units, ensuring clarity, tempo, and continuity of operations.
Despite her youth, Lt. Black commands respect through discipline, preparation, and precision. She is also the Commanding Officer of the U.E.E.S. Kusanagi, an RSI Perseus-class Heavy Gunship, where she applies the same deliberate, decisive leadership in combat as she does in the operations center.
