The 7th Combat Logistics Battalion is the operational sustainment element of the 2nd Expeditionary Strike Group. It provides essential engineering, transportation, maintenance, and supply services to ensure continuous combat capability for Marine forces in-theater.
The battalion executes battlefield resupply, convoy operations, combat engineering, and forward equipment repair. It coordinates closely with the 55th Logistical Support Command for inter-theater movement and supports the 7th Marine Combat Battalion and 2nd MAW with fuel, munitions, and material delivery.
