Train, Certify, and Deploy Combat-Ready Forces
The UEE Navy Third Fleet trains, certifies, and deploys combat-ready naval forces capable of conducting prompt, sustained, and decisive space, atmospheric, and planetary operations in support of United Earth Empire sovereignty and strategic interests. Third Fleet units maintain a high state of readiness to operate independently or as part of joint and combined task forces across multiple systems.

Command and Execute Assigned Fleet Functions
Third Fleet exercises command and control over assigned fleet units, expeditionary formations, and supporting shore and orbital installations during the planning and execution of fleet-level service functions. These operations are conducted in support of UEE Naval High Command and Imperial Strategic Directives, ensuring unity of effort across all assigned forces.

Provide Operational Planning and Coordination
Third Fleet provides operational planning, coordination, and integration support to Imperial Joint Commands and system-level defense authorities. This includes the synchronization of naval fires, space control, logistics, and intelligence capabilities in defense of core and frontier systems.

Plan and Execute Joint and Combined Operations
As a fleet-level operational command, Third Fleet plans and executes joint and combined operations with UEE Marine Corps, Advocacy security elements, and allied imperial forces. Third Fleet ensures seamless command and control of subordinate task forces during contingency, crisis response, humanitarian assistance, and large-scale combat operations.
