The N-1 is responsible for any and all administrative, manpower and social events for the 12th Carrier Battle Group. The N-1 tracks all members in the unit via the websites PERSCOM system, training completion, awards, promotions and recruiting events. The N-1 also produces and archives policy that members of the 12th are expected to follow.
